By commissioning me, you agree to all below:

General

• By commissioning me, you are primarily paying for my time and service. As the artist, I hold the rights to use any of the work I produce as I see fit. This includes uploading to socials
  • I’m looking into starting art booths at conventions in the future, where I will be selling prints. I will ask for your consent before selling commissioned art as a print.
• Regardless of the art’s topic, you must be over 18 years old to commission me.

Art

• NO DEADLINES — I do not work well under pressure
• PLEASE do not ask for WIPs, I send WIPs pretty frequently and will be sure to do so when I am ready to.
• If you are commissioning a piece with somebody else’s character, please show me consent from the other person!
• If you upload to your own socials, you must provide credit! Can be in the description, title, etc.

Payment

• Payment will ONLY* be accepted through PayPal
  • *If you are affected by the war in Ukraine and can not use PayPal, please let me know! Considering setting up a Boosty
• Refunds are ONLY available BEFORE the sketch is completed
• Commission payment will be taken after I finish the draft/sketch. I will not finish your piece until payment is received at this point.
• I will ONLY take payment for one commission at a time!
• You are still responsible for the full cost of a commission with my own characters.
